I am trying to determine how many states have anti-smoking advertising campaigns -- and in particular those targeting teens. I am also hoping to find sample ads and the names of those advertising agencies behind the work. Thank you.

i think all states have anti-somking ads phillip-morris has one and truth.com is the biggest one i know of. you can always go to google and type anti-smoking campaigns. i also know that truth.com targets mostly teens
