Like any kind of business, it should start with a feasibility study so you can be sure that it will be worth your while. In doing a feasibility for a new company you should take note of the following:





1. potential market -- who are your prospective clients? will there be enough of them to give revenues to your business?


2. network of suppliers -- in the advertising and graphic design business, you should have contacts with the media (TV, radio and print), billboard makers, printing presses, etc.


3. financial projections -- you should consider how much you would need to set up your business (consider computer hardware and software requirements, rent deposits, ofc furniture, etc) and how much it would cost you per month to run your business (rent, salaries, utilities, etc). Then match these up against projected revenues to see if you would get a return in your investment.
