I am trying to find bus handle for advertising
Did you ever show them in your country?
Please help
Bus handle for advertising.?
I don't understand what you mean by "bus handle for advertising."
Are you asking about "public transit advertising," including advertisements in transit stations, on the outside of each bus, and/or on bus shelters? I suspect not, since the word "handle" doesn't seem to fit that.

Career as an advertising account planner?
Eversince college, I have always aspired to be an Account Planner in a multinational advertising agency. I have worked as an account executive in a local ad agency in Manila for more than a year and now I am in a large market research company, working as a panel analyst. Am I on the right track? Should I move to customized research in the future? What other skills should i develop? What do you think should be my next step?
Career as an advertising account planner?
Account planning is a strategic tool for the consumer insight mining.
Generally account planning is a senior level position in an advertising agency. As you might know the involves evolving the overall strategic plan including the budget, selecting the right media and zeroing-in on the communication message after interacting with the client and internally with the creative team, the media planning department and if necessary, the market research agency.
Understanding consumers is the most important skill you need as an account planner.
I think you are on a right track except you are not working in an advertising agency. I think your next career move should be getting back into an ad agency and make your way up to the account planning.
Skills as I mentioned earlier you need to be tracking market trends and consumer insights, and understanding the target audiences create a pool of data that is available continuously. All the best.
Cheers!
Reply:you are probably on the right track working as an account executive. the marketing research company might be a step in a different direction. i think you should be working in the accounts department. but i don't know really. i haven't even graduated college yet, so you have much more experience than I do.

Reply:Yo yo yo! That account planner gets it right.

Does anyone need advertising for their business?
Hello,
I create web pages, business cards, posters and flyers for advertising of companies. Need to promote sales? Email me and I will let you know how i can help.
I unfortunately cannot do this for free because i am doing this as a second income from home. However, my prices are affordable.
Thanks.
Does anyone need advertising for their business?
I do not currently need any promotion for business purposes, but for an ethical one I ask you to consider veganism. TRUST ME ONCE YOU SEE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
Sounds neat what you are doing as a second income. good luck.

Why is all advertising so expensive? Except at www.this-is-dorset.co.uk?
The internet will overtake radio by next year and become the world’s fourth-largest advertising medium, a year earlier than forecast. We found this Great Web Site, and NOT expensive only £10 per month. www.this-is-dorset.co.uk and it has a high ranking on Google under Directory of town services for Dorset.
If you insert your town name between "for" and "dorset" it's NUMBER ONE! Now thats got to be cheap.
We paid £50 for the same space in our local paper, and for one edition! Why So Expensive? It's JUST a RIP OFF!
Why is all advertising so expensive? Except at www.this-is-dorset.co.uk?
*Effective* advertising tends to be expensive. Effective advertising is worth every penny. Ineffective adversing is worth nothing. How many people have heard of much less gone to www.this-is-dorset.co.uk? If you plan to sell in the town of Dorset only, then it might be a good deal. If you desire a larger customer base, you'll likely need to spend more.
Reply:You must be new to the world of advertising
you can't compare advertising in a paper to the internet
by dollar value
as newspaper advertising price is set by readership circulation
so the larger the paper is the more it cost for space
in it
plus if you are not tracking your ads on either
internet or newspaper
you are cheap and cheating yourself
as you are throwing money out the window
so stop being cheap on yourself
and track your advertising now
or be doomed to pay and pay for things that
you don't know how well they work.
how many people jump on the internet to find
your site or town using that url ?
Think about it
so what it shows as number 1 spot using that
url - yet when people search for you using
google how do they find your site hmmmm
again
you waste money doing that weak url
so its expensive in the end to you

It's just advertising, why is spam so bad?
While on this big crusade, how's about ridding our TV, radio, magazines, newspapers, and internet webpages of spam as well? And no, I don't want to hear that lame excuse, "Well, gosh, golly gee, how would these poor multinational corporations support their poor selves if we got rid of advertising?" America could stand to be MUCH LESS greedy. Am I right yet again?
It's just advertising, why is spam so bad?
it is not true and it wastes your time

Reply:It is a pain in the neck, for one thing.
Reply:Spam is different because it does not pay for any service you are receiving. You accept advertisements on radio, TV, magazines, because you know it helps cover the cost of the service you are receiving. Spam does not.
Also, for many people, spam bogs down their ability to function on the Internet. You have to weed through it to get your business done. This is especially egregious if you don't have high speed dial up.
Reply:it wastes time and it creates havoc, noone likes to look through thier inbox and sort out 50 spam mails out of 60 messages. plus time is money, all that time you are using to get rid of the spam, you could be reading an important e-mail about something or doing something else.
Reply:The advertisements on TV, Radio, Magazines, newspapers, and internet webpages all cost somebody money. Companies paid to be seen. As for SPAM, anybody can send a million advertisments for free out of their basement, and millions of people are doing this. I don't want their cheap-*** spam messages in my email. It's kinda like a 25 year-old man with no disabilities standing on the corner with a cardboard sign, begging for money. I'm not going to give that person any money. Give me a song and dance. Give me a jingle. Put a little effort in your marketing. Spammers are good-abled people who have quit on life and are lazy. They are bums. I don't want to deal with them.
Reply:Spam is "foot in the door" salesmanship and should be out-lawed.
Spam is different to that of mags and TV etc because you are contatntly bombrded with it, in your home when you are trying to get some work done on your PC.
If you work in an office and someone kept tapping on the shoulder insecently you'd soon get mad. It just the same.

How does internet advertising work?
I'm starting a media buying course and I have no idea how internet advertising works. What kinds of questions does a website ask when when selling ad space to a business? How do websites decide what to charge? Does the size of the ad matter? Information of any kind is welcomed...please help!
How does internet advertising work?
People opt for internet advertising methods because practically half of the world's population knows HTML. If you have your own business, you have to decide on what internet advertising method works for you. Ask yourself what are you going to avail of: the expensive internet advertising methods or the cheap ones? Others will pipe in "expensive!" immediately, but they don't know cheap internet advertising method attracts great benefits as well.
Here's the lowdown and a comparative look on the cheap and expensive internet advertising methods:
The Expensive:
1. Pop-ups. Not only is this expensive, but also outright annoying that visitors close pop-up windows without even bothering to know what they're all about. This is an internet advertising method that you can do without.
Fly ads are derivatives of pop-ups which are also equally irking to the visitors.
2. 1. Pop-ups. Not only is this expensive, but also outright annoying that visitors close pop-up windows without even bothering to know what they're all about. This is an internet advertising method that you can do without.

2. Pod casts.
Broadcast is to TV as pod cast is to internet. It's one sophisticated internet advertising method that can somehow hamper your budget. But if you're thinking results, pod casting is worth the money.
3. Paying the search engines.
How does this one work? When someone types in a keyword related to your site, your URL is automatically included in the first page of the top results. Fixed payment for the search engine allows just that. Expensive, yes, but if we're talking about Google and Yahoo search engines here, then don't give it a second thought.
This is associated with another internet advertising method: the pay-per-click system.
The Cheap:
1. Blogging.
Go along the bandwagon and blog about your website. This is an internet advertising method that is popular as of the moment, so you never have to worry that this will never spur outcome. All you have to do is sign up for a blogging account, post and voila! You don't even need to pay!
2. Submit to not-so-big search engines.
This is cheap and dependable. If you submit your site to smaller search engines, you have bigger chances to get bigger results. Remember that the search engine giants can dwarf and overlook your site easily, so this internet advertising method might just be the right one for you.
3. Text links.
This is not just cheap...this is virtually free! Let someone text link your site and return the favor.
Cheap versus expensive, that's always the question that hounds on whenever we're trying to get something. In the field of internet advertising, just be wise enough to figure out what will suit your needs. Go for what you want as long as there are visible results.
Hope this help out a little,
Reply:Go to google and yahoo and read everything about how they chargew. that should give you the most successful models out there. Also look at commission junction and linkshare.
Reply:Typically, you want to sell space for a long banner - that way YOU don't have ads taking up a whole bunch of vertical space. Vertical ads are a lot more expensive. Myspace uses those. It should cost more if it is animated and more if it is flashing colors. 5 dollars a day is typical of high traffic web sites: 500 visitors a day.
Other payment forms you should look into are pay per click. If you can track how many visitors go to their website and how long they stay on their website, then you can charge for clicks.
Good luck!
Sincerely,
Devin T.

Reply:It varies from site to site. Larger ads will usually cost more than smaller ads. Where the ad appears on the page is also a big factor. The most important factor is the amount of traffic the website gets. An ad at the top of the page costs more than an ad at the bottom. A website would be concerned that the advertiser is honest and that the ad is in good taste and somewhat relevant to the website.
